About the event
Join coaches Anj and Rachel for three days of epic climbing, learning and fun at Friends and Allies this holiday! This is an ideal opportunity for your climber to practice and master technical movements with guidance and gain a deeper understanding of competition preparation and progression.
Day-by-Day Breakdown:
Day 1 - Foundations & Movement
Balance, body awareness and core climbing movement, with a focus on reading and using different hold types.
Day 2 - Competition Prep
Competition simulation session to build mental and physical readiness, followed by a climbing movie to inspire and educate.
