Join us for an experience that’s part adventure, part experiment. More than our usual climbing day up Echo Valley! We're collaborating with Elsa Selva, from Stellenbosch University, to help her understand how nature, adventure and experience assist people in times of planetary transitions.

About the event

More about Elsa from Wild Paths - a facilitator, researcher, and coach specialising in nature-based transformative learning. She has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and currently doing a PhD at the Centre for Sustainability Transitions at Stellenbosch University, researching how nature, adventure, and group experience help people move in times of planetary transitions. Over the last ten years she has designed and facilitated coaching and leadership spaces across Europe, Australia, and Africa - working with individuals and groups navigating significant life and work transitions.
Wild Paths is the programme she built from all of that. The current online version is a 12-week journey that uses nature connection, embodied practice, and small group wisdom to help people reconnect with their aliveness - and from that place, start moving in their sense of stuckness.
